Budgets and Reporting is responsible for coordinating and compiling the University's annual unrestricted operating budget, and the annual financial forecast. In addition, they compile and maintain data and reports required by administrators, officers, the Board of Trustees, and external agencies, as well as prepare and analyze monthly financial reports.

Auxiliary Finance

Auxiliary Finance responsibilities include reconciliation of sales and tenders for retail operations, inventory valuation and management, contract finance management (Dining & Stores), management of tables used in finance automation, and consultation on projects utilizing tools designed as enterprise solutions.  Duke Departments receiving financial support from Auxiliary Finance include Campus Mail, Dining, DukeCard, Parking, and Stores.
